01 / 03 · DESIGN PARTNER PILOT

We’re looking for design partners.

Help shape the future of onboarding with Nimmbat. Turn your company’s knowledge into answers new hires can use.

02 / 03 · THE PILOT

Is your team a fit?

We’re looking for teams with a recurring onboarding or training challenge.

TeamPeople Ops, L&D or Operations

WorkflowRecurring onboarding or training

Early access, direct collaboration with the product team, and a voice in what gets built.

03 / 03 · THE IDEA

Turn company knowledge into confident first steps.

Nimmbat helps new hires find answers, understand where they come from, and know who to ask next.

01

Your company already knows how work gets done.

That knowledge is scattered across tools, messages and people.

02

Nimmbat turns that context into operational memory.

Answers keep their sources, ownership and history.

03

Help new hires work independently.

When information is missing or conflicts, ask the right person to verify it.

Explore Nimmbat

Nimmbat sits on top of the tools your company already uses.

What we will measure

Define what success looks like together before the pilot begins.

01 / 03

Time to independence

See how quickly a new teammate can find the context needed to move work forward.

02 / 03

Senior interruptions

Understand where experienced teammates still have to answer the same questions.

03 / 03

Source-backed resolution

Check whether an answer points to its source and the right owner when judgment is needed.

A path we shape together.

Five possible stages, from first conversation to an informed decision. Applying does not commit your company.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Apply

Tell us about your company and the work you want to improve.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    Discovery

Meet with us to discuss your team, sources and the right pilot scope.

  3. Step 3 of 5

    Pilot

Try an agreed workflow with your team and keep people in control of decisions.

  4. Step 4 of 5

    Measure

Review what changed against the outcomes you chose together.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    Next steps

If there is mutual fit, we can discuss a possible LOI and rollout. Neither is automatic.

Our security approach

Frequently asked questions

A small founding cohort of companies that use Nimmbat early and help shape it. Partners work directly with our product and engineering team through a structured path: a discovery call, a pilot in your environment and an agreed way to measure impact.

No. Applying does not create a purchase or any other commitment. Pilot scope and any commercial terms are agreed separately, in writing, before anything starts.

If discovery confirms a fit, we agree the scope, the tools involved and the success criteria. Your team then uses Nimmbat on real onboarding and operational questions, and we review the results together.

If a pilot meets the success criteria we agreed, we may ask whether your company would sign a non-binding Letter of Intent describing its interest in a commercial rollout. It is not a contract and does not commit you to buy.

We’re focusing on companies with 50 or more employees, ideally 100–500, where People Ops, L&D or Operations teams onboard and train people regularly. Smaller companies can still apply: we review every application manually.

Nimmbat is being built to respect the access permissions you already have and to show the source behind every answer. During discovery we walk through how data would be accessed, stored and removed, and your security team can review the details before any pilot starts. Read how we approach security.
